Share your Thoughts

I have always lost weight on the outside and have not been successful in keeping it off... this time something came to mind I am losing my weight from the inside out.... do you think this may be the answer?? I hope so.....

A few sayings come to mind... "you can't change your thinking by trying to change your thinking" and "faith without works is dead." So you take action and more action seeking God's will for you each and every day.
We practice change each day until the change becomes "the normal" way to live and we surround ourselves with others who live like we want to choose to live. Doing that builds a solid foundation and putting God first each day is the cornerstone that holds it all together. You have everything you need to succeed. You've said it yourself... "It’s a journey, it's a lifestyle."
One other thought~ stop beating yourself up, we live and learn (your in a process of growth) let go and let God.
